“Salford Quays Travelodge is the best in the whole country! Our favourite place to stay. Perfect for getting around Manchester by tram, and ideally situated for The Lowry theatre. And lovely Ordsall Hall. This Travelodge is always comfortable, warm and welcoming. The staff are smashing. “I am so glad this store opened in Media City. It was badly needed. I come in here nearly every day for groceries. I’m never disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially if I get stuck with the self service tills. There is a wide range of goods available, certainly enough to keep you going if you live in Media City. I would recommend getting the Co-Op App and becoming a member. It only costs £1 and you get lots of savings on your shopping. All you need to do is scan your bar code when you pay and you’ll see the savings. The store is situated near several apartment buildings and there is a car park and two hotels next to it. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby too so it’s a handy stop after an evening out. There are often price reductions in the evenings too if you’re looking for a bargain. “I had never heard of this pharmacy before but when my normal chemist wouldn’t order the district nurses’ prescription as there was a word missing, they used this service.I spoke to Mukaram and he made sure all my dressings were delivered before anyone else’s prescription. Fantastic service and Mukaram is so friendly, helpful and polite. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Tattu Manchester is one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food was absolutely delicious — the highlight for me was the sea bass fillet steamed, which was cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, creating a great atmosphere for dining. Prices are a bit on the high side, but definitely worth it for the quality of the food, the stunning interior, and the attentive service. I would definitely come back here next time I’m in Manchester.”

“Stayed at travelodge lodge central arena as we were staying in Manchester seeing a show, ordered Don Bravo at 11.30pm, arrived before midnight however was missing 2 chips. I rung them and within 15 minutes they had delivered 2 piping hot fresh chips. Food was really good, service was great. I would recommend as well as order again. Thank you.”

“Great food, portion sizes and price. Paper bags are appreciated, and fruit juice - so many places fizzy drinks are the only option but not here. Doner kebab is full of meat (never has bones in it) and the salad is always fresh. Fries are always seasoned nicely. Chicken wrap is also full of meat. This is the go to chicken shop on langworthy”

They create such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making sure you feel at ease from start to finish. Leon served me in the restaurant. He was kind , warm , understanding , knowledgeable , helpful , professional, but above all else his service was exemplary, second to none! I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. Danny was kind , warm so so welcoming & answered every question I had promptly & efficiently. It's just your basic kebabs, burgers and pizza. A cheap treat when you can't be bothered to cook. Also worth mentioning is that it has a five star hygiene rating. Recommended.”

“I often go out of my way to walk a little bit extra to visit this Costa as I find it a much nicer location than any of the other city centre branches! I'd been wanting to try the tandoori bhaji flatbread for a while but had tried 3 other Costas in Manchester and had no luck. Went to Bridge Street and got one straight away. The staff are always super friendly, the location is more peaceful than others in the city centre and it's always been clean when I've nipped in for a coffee or lunch. This is one of my favourite Costa branches and I would highly recommend visiting this one.”

“I love Heron Foods. I wouldn't use it instead of a normal supermarket but have some really nice stuff. I especially go when they have the baby food in as its alot cheaper than the supermarkets. For example the Heinz 1+ foods are 2 for £1 where it's £2 just for one in supermarkets I've also bought baby porridge of 39p each or 69p each and then the tubs of porridge which are normally £3 in supermarkets are £1 so saves me a heck of alot of money. They don't have baby food in all time though its one of those once its gone its gone and then they will bring stuff back in a month or so.”
