“Quick and easy Mot and service. Friendly staff. Car felt great afterwards! Although I won't dock a star for it, once issues were identified such as faulty wipers, a courtesy call should have been placed to check that I agreed to the required new components etc. I guess you're obliged to anyway otherwise it would fail MOT, but courtesy call would have been nice”

“After moving to Hale over a year ago now, I had put off trying to find a new hairdresser as finding one you can really trust is hard. So when I discovered The Knot on Instagram, I was comforted by their customer-first philosophy and the emphasis placed on an individual and tailored experience. My actual experience in the salon matched and exceeded my expectations! I was offered a drink on arrival and was given a beautifully presented mint tea with my favourite biscoff biscuits. I was lucky enough to have an appointment with salon owner David who made me feel comfortable right from the start and was so accommodating to my needs. He was so personable and kind, I really enjoyed our conversation, so much so I forgot I was having my hair done! The end result was nothing short of perfect and exactly what I had asked for. I feel so much more confident in myself and I am extremely grateful to David. He is an exceptional stylist and I will absolutely be returning and recommending the salon to others, including my mum who has just moved here and is looking for a new trusted hairdresser! “I suffered with back pain for years and Martin fixed it in 6 weeks! My trainer is based below the Backhealthy physical therapy clinic and asked Martin in passing to have a quick look at my MRI results. He translated the medical descriptions into laymen’s terms, made clear that I needed specialist attention and said he was confident we could resolve my issues in 12 weeks. I was sceptical at first as I had a mid-spine fracture, lower spine degeneration with occasional nerve pain down the leg, and arm/hand sensations due to neck issues.
