I'm so thankful as he wouldn't normally have come this far north to Morecambe from Manchester. If you want him and you do want him, bribe him with a comfy bed and homemade dinners. You will have to drag him in though as he's a perfectionist and workaholic. Excuse the net, it's an unfortunate necessity for the heron and the fox.”

“I came to Howdens - Denton for a selection of interior doors. I was dealt with by Sophie who was very professional and willing to help. She was very knowledgeable in the various products and designs to help us decide which we wanted. We ordered through Sophie and she also promoted some of the DIY products behind the till which we purchased. Our doors are due to arrive today and Sophie has been in contact with us throughout to make sure we are happy with the purchase and that delivery is arranged at a time that suits us. She has also expressed that we are to contact her if we have any problems with the delivery or doors post-delivery so that she can deal with them personally. Thankyou, Sophie!”

“My little Cavachon Dylan has just had dental surgery. Quoted for 1 tooth removal and scale and polish - ended up with 6 teeth extracted. I was so shocked! However - no extra charge, so I was reassured that it was absolutely required. I was worried sick; as were not exactly wadded! Such a relief and the after care has been exceptional: A thorough explanation on pick up. A follow-up appointment booked. A phone call on the Saturday after surgery... We have Dylan's health plan with Vets for Pets and we used the out of hours prior to his op (thinking he was in pain). Because we saw a nurse ()ovely) and not a vet - so no charge for the reassurance. Best thing I did for Dylan was to register with this practice - they are wonderful with him.”

Dropped my car off at the car hire place and Gemini picked it up from there, good communication throughout and it was delivered back to the car hire place so minimal trouble for me. The repair looks to have been done to an excellent standard. Very happy with the service they provided. Only slight thing was the lack of an exit to the car park from the other side of the hotel which meant going back via reception, but I'm really being picky there. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Would absolutely recommend if you need to be in the area.”
