“From the minute I walked into reception on the day of my operation I felt everyone I dealt with was a credit to the organisation. The reception staff were very polite and professional as I was booked in. The porter who took me to my room was very nice and explained everything to me. All the nursing and catering staff were professional and caring making this a less stressful experience. I can’t praise Mr Zeiton enough. Both he and the anaesthetist visited me in my room and fully explained everything that was going to happen. When I was shown down to the operating theatre I was instantly put at ease and the procedure was completed without any stress or worry. The aftercare was fantastic and Mr Zeiton showed me what he’d done after having an X-ray the following day. I was discharged with everything I needed and I had full knowledge of what to do and when my next appointments were. The physio staff made sure I was fit to leave and knew what exercises to do before my appointment. The whole experience was made better with being made to feel valued and cared for from walking in the door to walking out.”

“I saw Karen in March for a consultation and she was so lovely. She explained everything to me about the procedure and referred me to Aset Hospital. I had the procedure last week and Karen kindly took my stitches out for me today. I didn’t catch the receptionist ladies name but she made me feel welcome and comfortable. Very friendly and I would recommend My Face Aesthetics to anyone thinking of going there.”

“A breath of fresh air! Great visit today. Met a fantastic dentist called ‘Noor Fatima’. Absolutely delighted. I am hard of hearing, this lady was polite, a beautifully spoken lady, she made an effort to look at me when communicating so I could see what she was saying too. Dr Fatima is brilliant, very intelligent and knowledgeable as well as a caring and compassionate person. Dr Fatima fixed my broken filling and had my teeth all sparkling clean in no time and I went out there with a big smile on my face. Dr Fatima is exactly the kind of dentist we all need, a true professional and very empathetic. A very gentle lady. “Went to see hygienist,first time seeing Lorriane and Christina for my clean today They both made me feel at ease, Lorriane explained everything she was going to do, explained what's happening to my gums and teeth and gave great advice on how to help keep my teeth as long as possible. Even when I admitted to not doing my teeth cleaning as well as I should she never made me feel bad just encouraged me to improve best I could. No pictures but I am waiting on a travel case for all my different inerdental brushes to do wherever I am :-)”
