Unfortunately one impatient customer made a point of complaining loudly about waiting times and systems in place, she was totally out of order as all the staff were doing all they could do under the circumstances. It seems to me that the pharmacy needs more staff but are not being allowed to recruit by the owners of the company, which is a great shame.”

She was so friendly and we had a lovely conversation - and communicated she was getting used to the till but the service was super quick. Having been on my work break and having such a nice staff experience is something that puts a smile on my face. Such a kind girl - should definitely be awarded.”
