When items ready to collect another text will be received saying items ready for collection with your order number. The app is excellent for browsing for items and prices are very competitive. The service provided by the staff is excellent.”

“Called in a month ago and asked about washing machines. I didn't need a fancy one, no bells and whistles with a million programs so got the cheapest one in the shop. Very reasonable price and delivered free due to the short distance from the shop and even removed my old washer at a lower price than what every other outlet wanted for removal (£20-30). Washer works fine, it's moden and even has a few flashing lights, great friendly customer service and competitive prices, couldn't fault them one bit.”

“Very impressed! Spent a lovely autumn afternoon here with the children, great playparks for smaller and older children too, had a great walk in the woods, very clean, no litter, looks like a great place for making dens. We will definitely be back!”

“We had our regular annual boiler service yesterday, and were so pleased with the attention received! Danny arrived when we were eating lunch and insisted on sitting in his van whilst we finished eating (only a few minutes), as we have a walk through kitchen/diner. He then completed the service, as planned, to our satisfaction, leaving the area as clean and tidy as he found it. I can highly recommend both Danny (service engineer) and the lovely Becky ( she always organises the date and time of the annual service). Both are so polite, friendly and accommodating. “Brilliant place.......Went at 10am with my 22 month old nephew. Didn't need to book, might possibly need to on certain other days if a special activities day. Possibly best to ring and check. Lovely friendly staff. Great menu for food and drinks. Lots of tables and chairs to sit at. Extremely clean in all areas. Lots of choice for under 3 year olds to play. Different areas for different ages. Overall a great find. Would definitely recommend 10/10.”

“Visited here for the first time yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted, and I also got a facial. I'm extremely happy with the results. My eyebrows are exactly the shape and shade I wanted. The facial was also great - super relaxing, thorough, and the products smelled great. I left with my face feeling super clean and hydrated. Sara made me feel very welcome and chilled out. Would highly recommend this beauty room.”

“Yea I stayed here for nearly 8 months from July 2019 to March 2020 and you what it my by far the best place i stayed at i absolutely loved my time there i stayed in room 8 which the best room in the hotel and the only one with a massive TV on the AND SAFE WAS A LIVERPOOL FAN JUST LIKE ME when I was homeless i stayed in hotels all over Manchester AND THE HAWTHORNS HOTEL WAS BY FAR THE BEST I MISS MY TIME THERE X”
