“17th March 2025. Had a desperate need to use the facilities at Woodhouse Park Lifestyle Centre at Wythenshawe. Had a very warm welcome, from Michaela, Danielle and Sally. They explained to me about the centre and the services they offer and I was quite impressed. I could see they were working there hoping to make a difference, and I could see it was working. Worth a visit to see what is on offer, you will be very welcome. Keep up the good work girls x”

“Wythenshawe Park and Gardens is one of the best green spaces in South Manchester, offering a mix of open fields, formal gardens, woodland walks, and family-friendly facilities. The park is well kept, with plenty of benches, flat paths for walking or cycling, and a relaxed atmosphere. The community farm and horticultural centre add extra interest, especially for younger visitors. There’s also a good café near the courtyard area, ideal for a quick lunch or coffee. It can get busy during events and weekends, but there's usually space to find a quiet corner. A reliable choice for a free day out with plenty to explore.”

“It's a nice park with a large play area, farm to walk around and plenty of space to play. Ice cream van always seems to be there at the weekend and the cafe is ok albeit a little slow when very busy. Parking can get busy at peak times”

“I have been using the new NHA app for over a year now. It is very easy to navigate and if you wish it can be sated with family etc. New information, reminders and test results are available on the app , l recently went for blood tests and the results were available on the app within 6 hours!! “A beautiful lake with plenty of ducks and geese. There were about 10 duckling and four baby moor hens. There's a flat accessible path ideal for wheelchairs and prams. There is a small park. There are no facilities or a car park.”

“I had both my head gasket and ignition coils repaired and the service was top quality. They picked up and dropped off my car in next to no time excellent service and I would highly recommend to others.”

“The Dog Walkers are just amazing. Darren & Viv are just so lovely and clearly have a great affinity with the dogs - our lab just adores going for his dog walks! They are always providing photos and updates, which is really fun and also reassuring to see our dog happily socialising. I honestly could not recommend them highly enough!”

The customer service was very good, and the menu offers a fantastic variety of breakfast, lunch, and dessert options. The drink options are also good; I had a chai latte, which was perfect. Highly recommended, especially if you are heading to the airport as prices are reasonable too.”

After being referred by my GP due to a lump in my breast, I arrived feeling very anxious and worried. However, the entire team made me feel at ease with their human and compassionate approach. Special thanks to the nurses and mammographers who attended to me. Joffi, in particular, was incredibly professional, caring, and empathetic. Her hug truly saved me in a moment of fear. Another mammographer, whose name I believe is Aoidin, also stood out for her delicate, kind, and respectful handling. Both were amazing and made such a difference to my experience. I would also like to thank a nurse (possibly named Marie) and the radiologist/sonographer for their wonderful care and professionalism. “What an amazing B&B. Sharon and Dave were simply wonderful hosts, with my family descending on them for the weekend for a nearby wedding. The beautiful flowers on the door were a good omen that we were in safe hands. The decor in the cottage was lovely and the whole place was well maintained. Sharon did a great job providing breakfast for all of us and they made us feel very welcome. It was a lovely break from urban life, would definitely recommend to others and I'd happily stay there again!”
