“The ladies at Rusty's are so lovely. I had booked an appointment to take my new Greek rescue dog to see them but, when she arrived, she was very stinky so I asked them to move the appointment forward. They fit her in that very same day! “Turned up at 8pm with my cat without giving any notice. Despite the unplanned arrival the receptionist was lovely and caring and arranged the vet to see us within 10 minutes. The vet was very reassuring and thorough with her advice. Excellent service and nice to know they are there in an emergency!”
