From start to finish my entire experience was beyond expectations, from booking the appointment to the explained aftercare every single second of it was exceptional. I recently adopted a cat from Cats Protection and she was in dire need of a good pamper. These guys went above and beyond to ensure Nancy had an incredible experience, every question I had was answered and just gave me such comfort in knowing my cat would be very well looked after, even with the extra attention that Nancy needed it wasn't too much. “What a great hotel. From a friendly greeting at check in, to a great room then such a good value breakfast and again such happy and helpful staff. I use BandB hotels in France so was not expecting much here. And wow the rest of the chain in Europe need to copy the great standards the Warrington location displays. Easy to drive to Manchester, just 20 min down the road.”

“We stayed one night at The Park Royal, on a spa package, as part of our Q Hotels membership. We were checked in by Mary, who was super helpful and very friendly. Our room, 165 was spotlessly clean, a good size and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We’d pre booked a spa treatment each and the team were again, really friendly and helpful. Dinner was booked for 7:30 and taken in the main hotel restaurant. The setting was great and the team were as expected, attentive and friendly. Prices are slightly higher than you’d expect but the meals were very good. Checkout was seamless and our hotel bill was spot on. Thank you.”
