“We've asked Simeon at Fluffies to cat-sit twice now. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and overly sensitive to change but once he knew what was what with Simeon all was fine. We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.”

“This is the only place I take my double-coated rescue. This is the first groomer I have been to that I, and more importantly my dog, are happy with. Other groomers can cut fur, but you get so much more at Aliwags, they understand about hair growth and have rescued my dog from a previous bad groom elsewhere. Excellent value for money!”

From start to finish my entire experience was beyond expectations, from booking the appointment to the explained aftercare every single second of it was exceptional. I recently adopted a cat from Cats Protection and she was in dire need of a good pamper. These guys went above and beyond to ensure Nancy had an incredible experience, every question I had was answered and just gave me such comfort in knowing my cat would be very well looked after, even with the extra attention that Nancy needed it wasn't too much. I was looking for a replacement dog collar and they showed me all the types available and we worked out what size I’d need to get. The price was great and a much better selection than competitors (Pets at home) I left with a lovely collar and Teddy Bear loves it!”

“I had looked and rang around many groomers before booking in with smartbreeders, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and everything was covered on the call! I ended up taking her on a Saturday which was better for me but they aren't usually open weekends just that a girl had to make up a day! I’ve had my rescue zeena for 2 months now and had her groomed at pets at home first off but it was not a great experience, it was rushed, she was unfinished and I will not be returning again! The girl at smartbreeders was extremely helpful and profession, asked about zeena and what I want for her! I was worried as the previous groom said she screamed and didn’t like anything with the noise and had just had to do the best she could! Smartbreeders had her for around 3 hours so I went off to do some errand! They done exactly what I had asked for and she came out happy and looking beautiful! The girl even text me to tell me how she was and that she was doing great and to pick up whenever! I highly recommend them! Although it is across manchester 30 mins away and only weekdays I will definitely be using them going forward and will work around it! I will recommend to everyone! See for yourself!!”
