Now I'm not ordinarily phased by anything medical, but when it comes to giving blood, think 'Tony Hancock, The Blood Donor' (look it up on YouTube - comedy genius). Anyway, long story short, the Practice Nurse, Caron, was absolutely marvellous - put me completely at ease. Took the blood from the back of my hand - done and dusted within a matter of minutes.
