“I called on the Monday Morning at 8.30 and had an appointment by 12.30 same day. I have a huge fear of the dentist, I had an infection which they prescribed Antibiotics for and an appointment for today for extraction. The service i received from Rebecca was exceptional, she was gentle knowing my fear and explained everything, she has such caring and professional manor. All the staff in the practise were fantastic. “My filling broke on my tooth days before going on holiday. Phoned Poynton dental practice on the Saturday evening and was given an appointment midday Sunday. On arrival was greeted by the dentist who was friendly and polite. He explained everything about the treatment on offer and let me decide for myself. I decided to have it refilled and will have it capped at a later day. I was given the choice of music to be played in the back ground while the procedure took place. The staff were very friendly and helped me feel at ease. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Poynton Dental service to anybody.”

I was seen by Malcolm and his dental nurse Paul, who were both very efficient and made me feel at ease straight away.
