“Made an order for delivery and realised I’d made a mistake. Called shakes and bakes 20 mins later thinking it’d be too late and they were happy to amend the order for me. Really lovely staff who work there, just genuine people. Desserts are always 10/10, sweet diner is our go to most weekends!!”

“Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were outstanding and hospitable, the bar next to the lobby had a welcoming, cozy feel, wonderful menu and lovely rooms. I'm not sure about some of the complaints on the size, it seemed average to me, but it was very clean which is high on my importance list, as was the rest of the hotel. This hotel is away from the city bustle a bit, but a lot of trees around the property make it very relaxing and a pleasure to escape the traffic. My only feedback is the vegan sausage in the morning was freezer burned and a little bland, they can be tossed in oil & seasoning to add flavor, but fresh/defrosted is best. My veg pizza was wonderful, so was the veg burger. Great buffet in morning. Outstanding staff professionalism in housekeeping and lobby.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service Every Time! Went in today for a new front headlight after they managed to fit me in on the same day — really fast and efficient service! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. I’ve been here a couple of times before for MOTs, and they’ve always been accommodating and professional. What I really appreciate is how honest and transparent they are about prices and what work actually needs doing — no unnecessary add-ons, just straightforward advice. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and the team clearly take pride in their work. Overall, a reliable and trustworthy garage that genuinely cares about its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and peace of mind.”
