“My little Cavachon Dylan has just had dental surgery. Quoted for 1 tooth removal and scale and polish - ended up with 6 teeth extracted. I was so shocked! However - no extra charge, so I was reassured that it was absolutely required. I was worried sick; as were not exactly wadded! Such a relief and the after care has been exceptional: A thorough explanation on pick up. A follow-up appointment booked. A phone call on the Saturday after surgery... We have Dylan's health plan with Vets for Pets and we used the out of hours prior to his op (thinking he was in pain). Because we saw a nurse ()ovely) and not a vet - so no charge for the reassurance. Best thing I did for Dylan was to register with this practice - they are wonderful with him.”
