I asked for a cloth/tissues to clear up. He said "no problem" and walked away, I assumed to get a mop. He came back with a 'wet floor' sign and said "I'll sort it". I'm sure mine wasn't the first.”

Kimberly met me in the car park and took the girls in one at a time. This was such a relief to me as I stress each time I have to take them.
