I had an issue with my rear breaks and the service was due. They told me to bring the car down right away so they could have a look at the break issue. Booked me in ant the earliest opportunity and also completed a major service. Kept me up to date with cost and called me to update once the car was ready. Great customer service is not common these days but these lads ready know how to look after there customers. Keep up the great work and see you soon.”

We got our little Dachshund just as we entered the first lockdown, so there was inevitable anxiety around a lack of socialising, but DC has ensured our pup is so confident and happy around other dogs. The staff are so attentive and update me with honest feedback whenever I ask for it. The picture/video updates during the day of all the dogs having fun, regular themed parties throughout the year and goody bags are all examples of extra touches which makes this such a great day-care. She’s an old girl and needs a lot more attention than most other cats, as she needs medicine administered twice a day. Petpals are so gentle with her, give us regular updates when we’re away and are reasonably priced. It is so very reassuring to know that our cat is so well cared for. Lynda and Ian even go out of their way to bring our bins in which is very kind. I can’t underestimate how lucky we feel to have found this company and how reliable and helpful Lynda and Ian are. If you have any pet caring needs they should be your first port of call!”
