“Julie spoke to me on the 'phone. She was so obliging and pleasant. Took broken microwave in late Monday and Tom said he would get back in a couple of days. Sure enough we got a call on Thursday to ask if the quote was OK and detailing what the problem was. It was OK. Got another call three hours later telling us it was fixed.
