“We are a student accommodation in Bolton, and used Barton Direct Services throughout July and August 2023 for our Summer turnaround cleans, of over 100 rooms and kitchens. The cleaning was carried out to a very high standard, and the minor snags we picked up on were quickly rectified. It was reassuring to have the same team on site each day; especially as they were all so punctual and polite. It is clear that the team have pride in their work too, and they all went above and beyond their roles in also pointing out maintenance issues to us. Despite some of the most humid days of the year, the team showed up every day looking smart in their uniform; which made them easily recognisable for our residents still in house, and for our security staff. We were equally impressed by the management and supervision of the cleans, who created a fool-proof sheet to keep track of where we up to and updated this daily. There were a number of fairly last minute rooms added to the cleaning list and these were handled fantastically. We hope to work with Barton Direct Services again next summer and would recommend to anyone in the PBSA industry,”

“"KARIM" What can I say. Despite it being "Ramadan" He opened up the restaurant for our booking at 5pm tonight despite he had no electricity an hour before we arrived and had been fasting all day. SUPERSTAR. I have never read any review anyone who would extend themselves to this level of service. NO WORDS. Super cute lay out of furniture /tables/spacing between the tables. Such a nice vibe. Had the mixed meze. STUFFED Talking to KARIM he's planning to open up for brunch hrs 11-10pm.His dedication and his enthusiasm for his business to succeed doesn't go unnoticed.
