“I was very doubtful when I first started my high intensity therapy due to having past bad experiences. My therapist Abida has been absolutely amazing and listened to me and what I want and do not want in relation to wording of things. This was from the very start so this enabled us to begin this journey with knowing what to expect from each other. I am not going to lie and say it was plain sailing because it was far from it reliving and revealing hidden memories but with the help of Abida and her compassion and empathy I am now in a much better place and have the tools to be able to keep going in my therapeutic journey. Never once did I feel judged or patronised whilst in my sessions like before. Abida has been my absolute rock throughout this painful and traumatic experience and I am so so appreciative of the help, support and guidance that I have received. I understand not all therapists are the same but set boundaries and ground rules for you both at the beginning and please listen to your therapist they know what they are doing, and as tough as it gets please do NOT give up it's worth it in the end I promise. I have just finished my 20 session and a quote from me that I have made in relation to my experience is "You cannot heal, if you cannot feel " Thank you Abida and good luck to everyone else who is thinking of starting this journey, is in this journey good luck or who has finished this journey well done be proud of yourself because I know I am. “Just picked our black labrador Luna up from Mike and the girls and it's honestly the first time she hasn't wanted to come home. She has absolutely loved every second of it there, Mike sent me numerous photos throughout our week long holiday, which really put our mind at ease. I can honestly say I won't leave her with anyone else from now on, she's made lots of new friends and by the looks of it has had the time of her life! Will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone I know looking for a place for their dog to stay (I would say kennels but this is more like a 5* luxury apartment).”

“Alhamdulillah it’s one of the fantastic school. I came to know from my son that, few students were kicked out from the school for the bad behaviour. I think their parents or themselves are writing the bad comments but never trust them rather visit by yourself. DHLNW is competing with other grammar schools in terms of teaching and learning and it shows in their GCSE result. Alhamdulillah my son is doing brilliant there. He had no punishment at all but went to headteacher’s reward meal for an outstanding behaviour in the term. They give a lots of rewards and encourage a lot to have sunnah life. Alhamdulillah, I am proud to send my son there. This school prepares our children for here and here after. My nephew was a ex student of this school and he is a student of Manchester University. Many many many thanks to the management and the staff . May Allah SWA keep the school there until the day of Qiyamah. Ameen.”

“Fantastic venue! We used this for the street comp, a stones throw from the bus station and a huge carpark next to the centre it's perfect for the commute by public transport or your own, we had the mini bus outside , it was a brill day and the hall was perfect for what we needed.”
