This was my first time in the salon with the lovely Megan, and what a wonderful experience it was. You are made to feel very welcome. I was offered a drink straight away and received a lovely fresh coffee in a Cafetière on a tray. What a lovely touch. Megan was absolutely fantastic with me, and so knowledgeable. Having been light blonde for many years, I decided that now was the time for a complete change and to go darker. I listened to Megan’s recommendation on how to achieve this gradually, which I appreciated. It was so interesting just watching intently as Megan went to work. Well, all I can say is wow! Absolutely love the colour and waves. I left that salon feeling like a different woman and quite emotional actually. Everyone I spoke to complemented me on my hair. I can honestly say that this is the BEST course I have EVER completed, worth every single penny! Lucy and Jessica combined just the right amount of theory and practical to make someone new (myself) to the aesthetics field feel totally confident in performing treatments after the course. All our clients were organised for us and we were talked through each treatment on a 1-1 ratio, extremely personalised. After the course the links to insurance, products and contacts were also sent to us with links and a re-cap of instructions. All questions I have needed to ask after training have been answered and LG and JMA have stressed that at any point they will be on hand to support or advice, outstanding aftercare.
