“Amazing place both in store and online! I have the Uber Eats app and their service is always fast and the food is always in perfect condition - if cookie dough, it’s still lovely and warm, and if ice cream it’s always still cold and in tact. The food is so tasty it’s always a joy ordering from The Dessert Cafe. Even going into the cafe itself, the owner is very friendly and the service in itself is wonderful. Will be a loyal customer of this place for a long long time.”

“I know this place as the pepper mill and am a regular user. I always go for a salad box cause of my diet and I am never disappointed because they always have a good selection of meats,fish and cheese plus other vegetarian options. The menu as a whole is excellent and the specials are great value”

“Great experience, Zizzi has always been an untraditional Italian pizzeria. Always having new dishes. The staff are really friendly and Rowan helped us a lot specially with the kids toys made my daughter forget about the wanting time of the order.”

“Second time we have had pizza from here and it's great. We drove 20 mins from Ramsbottom so it's not far and knowing it's a 100% vegan place is reassuring. The Marinara was delicious and my boyfriend had the Prosciutto and Fungi for the second time which he raves about. It's his favourite pizza. It would be awesome if they could deliver but the fact that there is a vegan place so close, well, we can't wait to actually go in and eat and have a night out there with some mates in a few weeks time (hopefully)!”

“Had the full English breakfast as did hubbie - quality ingredients, non greasy, cooked to perfection. Daughter had steak baguette and sil salmon with scrambled eggs. All of the food was delicious, served hot and well presented. Service good and considering the quality / portion sizes good value.”

“Called in for breakfast, 1st time, was more than happy. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Food and drink a Big 10/10 food was freshly cooked and piping hot. They even avoided one of my all time pet hates, cutting the toast corner to corner(it drives me insane lol) if you haven't been and are in the area definitely call in. “Beautiful building, a real hidden gem! It was lovely and quiet around 9:30am on a Saturday. The queue was starting to build by 10am when I left. The brownie had a nice homemade taste, but it was a little dry. I find this is usually the case in cafes, but this was certainly one of the better ones. You can also choose to have it warmed and served with cream when you order. The mocha frappe was also good, but a frappe is different to an iced mocha, so expect it to be sweet!”

“I really like this cafe. Great breakfast and though recently increased in price, still excellent value for money. Egg, two sausages/bacon, hash brown, mushrooms, beans, tea/,coffee, toast or fried bread. Well cooked and nicely presented. Service is also quick and the ladies friendly. I have to go to Bury now and again and see the Coffee House as a real treat. Highly recommend.”
