“Excellent service I take my daughter to get hair done. My daughter has a sensitive scalp and it hurts her to comb her hair. the staff are good with her and she doesn't cry when they comb her hair. I also used one of their specialist oils for my hair which was thinning and nearly balled I have noticed a significant Improvement in hair growth around that area of my head. “Amazing experience! I got my conch pierced today by Vikki and I have nothing bad to say! Despite me having several other cartilage piercings I was terrified of my conch but she calmed my nerves and assured me that it’s one of the easier piercings! She was gentle but quick, making sure I was okay afterward! We went through the aftercare advice and she was very kind and professional. I’m in love with my new piercing - 10/10 experience! “I couldn't recommend this place highly enough! I have never encountered anyone rude or impolite and have always found anyone I've spoken to incredibly professional and courteous. I have been helped by this service in so many ways and have been given so many tools and skills I didn't have before. You have to go into it committed, open and honest. It's not a magic wand it's really hard work, and it isn’t for everyone, but what you put in you will get out. If you want a magic overnight cure this might not be right for you, but if you need gentle support and compassion while you gradually rebuild yourself and your life then this is definitely the right service.”
