“I can't recommend Noman highly enough, his service was absolutely exceptional. My car had an obscure issue which took several weeks to get to the bottom of, and most people faced with the same challenge would have fobbed me off to go back to a main dealer, who would have charged me a fortune to fix the problem. Instead Noman took time over several visits checking and testing things, ordering parts etc to try to save me money. In the end he successfully fixed the issue, and saved me a load of money in the process. Several weeks down the line and everything is working perfectly and I'm delighted. Helpful and pleasantly chatty receptionists, reassuring and knowledgeable nurses (Lisa is very comforting), hygienists who take the time to explain what and why they are doing something, giving me a mirror to watch how I need the correct procedures to continue my treatment at home....and what can I say about Dr Mo....no wonder this practice has won so many awards. He talked me through everything he planned to do, answering any questions considerately, in easy to understand language and instils confidence in this previously nervous patient. I applaud this practice 100%. I always know how long the appointments will last and how much I will need to pay. Thank you for returning my confidence to smile and even though I no longer live in the area I have no qualms about travelling to this practice to ensure continuity and it's nice to be recognised as a returning patient.”
