“Oh my god thank heaven above I found this place.... I wish I found it in the first place but never mind. I had my fave botched up by another aesthetic practitioner and I went to see Charlotte and she is possibly the nicest kindest most down to earth person I've ever met in my life..... Firstly as she felt sorry for me and my face was a mess and full of lumps she did disssolver for free for me. The results I can't see yet as I'm a little swollen but from what I can see Im so annoyed with myself I didn't find her years ago. I'm a customer for life. She's about key beyond amazing and when you talk to her you can tell shes genuine and not just speaking to you because your a client and giving her money. I just have no words that compare to how amazing Charlotte is. She's restored my confidence i lost to bad aesthetic practitioners and I honestly could cry st how happy I am with what she's done. Super gorgeous clinic, immaculately clean, always in clean uniform. Gloves off and on constantly for hygiene. Makes you feel at ease and asks constantly during the treatment if your okay. The Biggest comment I have here is that for once in 6 years I have had someone care about me and not just about the money. I was shocked when she text me a couple of hours later asking if I was okay and how my face was! Then gave me a list of helpful info to go forward for aftercare. I honestly can't recommend Charlotte enough and I'm a customer for life. I can't wait to go back and have all kinds of facials etc I'm someone who's been to so many different places and all they care about is money She's the absolute best!!! Get booked in!!!!!”
