“What a nursery! Willow Tree, the management and the team surpassed all expectations. Both our children went there, flourished and made lovely little friends. Having always been dubious of nurseries, we made the decision to move our little girl from a childminder to their pre-school so she could get used to a bigger group setting before starting school. Within a few weeks, we wished we’d made the change a lot sooner. She LOVED IT! When we had our second child, we had no hesitation about where he would go. Nancy the manager worked some magic to make sure we had the days we needed. It quickly became a home from home for our little boy. It soon became apparent that he had delayed speech and needed some extra support in that area. The team were so proactive and put a programme of one on one activities in place to help his development and made all the necessary referrals and kept us in the loop with rehaul at face to face meetings every step of the way. We can’t thank them enough for their guidance and support. They work hard to involve the parents in all the special occasions that crop up throughout the year, from Easter bonnet parades to Mother/ Fathers Day Walks. Just lovely! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Willow Tree Private Day Care Nursery if you’re considering options. They’re an absolutely smashing bunch and the happy little faces that greet you every time you open the door is a testament to that.”

“Great setting with truly caring, kind and professional staff. My 3 year old has been attending since 2022 and has learned many skills and developed into a cheeky, happy preschooler during this time. I like that parents are updated via an app and private Facebook group and that children make greeting cards for most holidays and celebrations. Children are also taken for little adventures around the neighborhood. I really appreciate and respect the fact that children and their families are encouraged to celebrate and represent their culture and that there is a non-judgemental and friendly attitude towards all parents. Having had bad experiences in my area with other settings, I feel especially grateful for finding Ducklings. They have handled delicate situations with grace, patience and understanding. I am proud to call Ducklings staff my child's second family.”

“My daughter is just about to finish after two years at First Steps and her older sister attended 5 years ago. I cannot recommend this wonderful pre school enough. The staff to child ratio is excellent and the children thrive on the smaller group sizes and 1:1 time they get to spend with their key workers. The outdoor space is fantastic, and utilised daily for different activities. Weekly visits from Footy Tots and Diddi Dance also give the children those extra opportunities to try something different in an environment they feel safe and secure in. Helen and her team have years of experience in pre school learning and wellbeing and this shines through in everything they do for the children!”

“I used Link Training Solutions LTD for my restaurant in order to keep my staff updated with their food hygiene standards. The Certificates have just been received only a couple days after the course took place with the accreditation of the chartered institute of environemental health! Now i wont have to do anymore training for the next three years. The also gave me a kitchen inspection service and wrote me up a report so I can keep ontop of hygiene. Its been a pleasure dealing with these people.”

“My boys absolutely loved their time at Raglan Road. The staff were like extended mothers to my boys and always there to listen if I needed to. There was always great communication and lots of well planned out activities for the boys. I’d highly recommend the playgroup. You need to go and visit and see them for yourself.”
