“I had heard good things about this place from a friend and as I was travelling home from work my son amd I decided to swing in. We were made to feel very welcome, the staff are really lovely and the food was top notch. Needless to say we left feeling very full and happy. They have a number of good deals during the week so doesn't hurt your wallet either. We will see you soon”

“I went in this evening and the team had an assessment going on which obviously would’ve been highly stressful for them as it is with any job having an audit. Despite this the service remained perfect, food was great and minimal interruption. The staff are an absolute credit to the store and even under stressful circumstances and being in a fast paced environment always make time to chat to customers, and it is much appreciated! “Italian Express never disappoints — both the food and the service are always excellent. The team are welcoming, professional, and clearly care about their customers. I wanted to give a special mention to Ethan Green, who went above and beyond when I visited recently. He kindly helped me carry a couple of boxes of items that had been left at the branch, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made a real difference. It’s rare to come across service that feels so genuine and caring, and it really stood out to me. “I tried the rest and now I seem to have found the best!! After trying 2 of the competitors who were awful at best, I called up Pillo, they immediately answered, helpful and knowledgeable and so far they seem very efficient and just get it right. Drugs and prescriptions are important to get right every time and have to say they do what they say. Definitely worthy of a 5* review and please keep up the great service. I don't want to move again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
