“We had our first meal at this restaurant tonight and it was absolutely fantastic! The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff who were attentive to our needs. A really nice touch was when the chef came out of the kitchen to ask us how our food was. This is something I've only seen on TV before, but it was a really personal and thoughtful gesture that made me feel valued as a customer. The food was also delicious and flavorful. We had pizza, carbonara and risotto and they were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The portion size was generous, and I left feeling satisfied but not overstuffed. We also had the tiramisu and chocolate fudge cake both were delicious. The price of the food is a little bit higher than some other restaurants I've been to, but I think it's worth it for the quality of the food and the excellent service. I will definitely be coming back here again soon!”

“Amazing spa hotel that caters so well for families. We come here every christmas and the atmosphere is so warm and festive The whole place is super clean and smells so nice too. we never eat there other than the snacks and coffee. The facilities are amazing and the bedroom is so spacious.”

“Incredible the best take out, so fresh and zingy. Makes you feel ok about ordering in! The pork tacos with avocado are insanely good. So are the sandwiches. In fact everything!! Just try it. It even travels well. Although it always arrives early and with a smile. Praise be to Cuba!”

“To be honest, this guy makes freaking good pizza. Romana was simply delicious. Thin and crispy dough and lots of toppings. The only downside is that pizzas can only be ordered between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. But on the other hand, the price of the pizza is very low considering its high quality.”

The room is a perfect size for a party up to 60 guests, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, in fact they went above and beyond in ensuring everything went to plan including decorating the room and ensuring a variety of different drinks were on offer to suit my guests. We also used the buffet provided by Llieno's which was good. I would not hesitate in 100% recommending this venue for a hassle free, wonderful event.”

“Popped in the first time last week, then again this week. Their food especially chips (not fries) are massive and crispy and lovely MUCH better than chip shop ones.. imagine chip shop sized but French crisp fried! All food is clean and hot! (not greasy) properly cooked and delicious. And a breakfast for 5.50 is amazing! My new hangout!”

“Sue & the team provided a lovely buffet my mum's 70th birthday, plenty of selection. Their service is efficient and will go ubove & beyond to any requests ie dietary, selection, delivery etc. Also followed by calls to check everything is ok etc. Sue takes pride in providing the best customer service. “I went to Coal and Cotton twice within two weeks, first time with husband and sister in law, was atclynch time, so not too noisy, as it was lunch time. The atmosphere was quite but still lovely so you could talk. Went the second week with a friend for tea in the evening, was alot busier but still not too busy, so it was still a lovely atmosphere. The food is always lovely, I just think the main potions don't have to be so large. The only thing I was gutted was I forgot to use my loyalty card, I just think it would be a good idea if a member of staff could ask if you have a loyalty card.”
