“We had our regular annual boiler service yesterday, and were so pleased with the attention received! Danny arrived when we were eating lunch and insisted on sitting in his van whilst we finished eating (only a few minutes), as we have a walk through kitchen/diner. He then completed the service, as planned, to our satisfaction, leaving the area as clean and tidy as he found it. I can highly recommend both Danny (service engineer) and the lovely Becky ( she always organises the date and time of the annual service). Both are so polite, friendly and accommodating. “Was stuck on a job and needed a unusual fitting for mains water supply. Went to another plumbing shop which was nearest to me and was given the wrong fitting even after bringing a piece of pipe with. Came to this plumbing shop and he knew right away what type of adapter I would need. Very knowledgeable here and saved my skin on a Friday afternoon. Very grateful.”

“My daughter joined the nursery 4 days a week over extended hours just before she turned 1. As a new parent I was really nervous about this but was immediately put at ease by the staff. My daughter started with a few settling in mornings and then began nursery the following week. Over the course of the 7 weeks I have seen my daughters progress updated on the ‘Famly’ app. This will tell you exactly what she has eaten and drank and how much, nappy changes and her sleep. The app is also updated with key information for the nursery along with pictures and progress of your child. I couldn’t recommend the nursery enough, when my daughter leaves for nursery in the mornings she happy to go and she comes home with a beaming smile and I can tell she’s had lots of fun. The staff at the nursery will go above and beyond to ensure not only your child is settled within the nursery but also check you are ok and send pictures and updates throughout those first few days.”

“Brilliant place.......Went at 10am with my 22 month old nephew. Didn't need to book, might possibly need to on certain other days if a special activities day. Possibly best to ring and check. Lovely friendly staff. Great menu for food and drinks. Lots of tables and chairs to sit at. Extremely clean in all areas. Lots of choice for under 3 year olds to play. Different areas for different ages. Overall a great find. Would definitely recommend 10/10.”

“Both of my children went to this nursery from being 5 months old to starting school. They absolutely loved it, as did I. I never had a complaint, the staff were all brilliant and nothing was ever too much. All nurseries are there to keep our children safe whilst providing them with growth, development, and skills for their lives, but Wells House excels at this!”
