“Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. Her name was Amanda and i think she deserves alot of credit. Thank you so much Amanda. There should be more workers like Amanda!”

Had Val as my piercer and she was efficient, confident, and clearly extremely skilled as they were the smoothest and fastest piercings I've ever had done. She was also so so friendly. “Took my car to garage to replace brake pads and discs and mechanics struggled to remove the front wheel locking nuts as they were too tight. Unfortunately the wheel locking nut adapter key broke. The garage advised me to contact Off Your Nut and I can't recommend the service enough. Managed to remove the problem locking nut in minutes and charged a fair price for them. Highly recommended for any wheel locking nut problems.”
