Mo was super helpful and very knowledgeable, he made me comfortable and never tried to sell but explained my choices and the product features , ended up buying a pair of amazing Salming Venom shoes , by far the best court shoes I had used and I got it for a fantastic prices , even lesser than online price, most importantly there the human touch where my requirements was considered and right guidance was given by Mo. “I came to the Manchester branch of Prestige Pawnbrokers for the first time today. I didn't know what to expect as I've never sold anything before & didn't know if id get ripped off or not. I was seen by Leanne and she was so lovely & honest & explained every step of the way what she was doing. Im guessing I got the best price I could have got but whatever Leanne as well as the other staff were really friendly & made me feel comfortable as I was feeling quite nervous & emotional inside due to the nature of the sale. I will definitely come back here if I want to sell anything else.”

“We stopped off at this place for a mid afternoon snack to carry us until dinner, and it was very good! I got an omelette with ham/cheese, and it was very nice! It came with buttered toast, as well as some salad on the side. The toast had a tad bit too much butter in it for my personal liking, but it was still nice! (I'm just a bit weird with butter :| ). The omelette was a good size too! In the fridge I spotted an oasis summer fruits drink.. IN A CAN! When was the last time you saw Oasis IN A CAN?? I didn't even know it existed. Of course I got it, and it was soo weird drinking from it, it was so strange drinking it from a can as opposed to a bottle which I've got every other time. I didn't get a photo - but the seats were pretty interesting! They were cubes. Cubes. We sat on CUBES. it was pretty comfortable, too...”

“I am so impressed with the quality, comfort and service. We bought the Newbury sofa + pouffe in Avelino fabric and we're finally comfortable for the first time in 6 years. We went to the showroom twice to sit on it and it was a very chilled experience as no one was hassling us like in other stores. We waited 7 weeks and it was a very straightforward experience; the deposit and the remainder before delivery. The sofa was very competitively priced too. Absolutely chuffed with it.”
