This was my first time in the salon with the lovely Megan, and what a wonderful experience it was. You are made to feel very welcome. I was offered a drink straight away and received a lovely fresh coffee in a Cafetière on a tray. What a lovely touch. Megan was absolutely fantastic with me, and so knowledgeable. Having been light blonde for many years, I decided that now was the time for a complete change and to go darker. I listened to Megan’s recommendation on how to achieve this gradually, which I appreciated. It was so interesting just watching intently as Megan went to work. Well, all I can say is wow! Absolutely love the colour and waves. I left that salon feeling like a different woman and quite emotional actually. Everyone I spoke to complemented me on my hair. “Today I have been to river island, the kids section .I have been assisted by Shaun who was absolutely fabulous, he was fast efficient and really helped me to find the specific item I looked for my daughters.He was kind , and very dedicated to his job , being very polite all time even if my toddler was not at her best behaviour. He was tidying , serving, rushing to the cashier and with a lovely smile on his face. This is the kind of employee you want to have in your team. Also he went extra mile for me as my toddler throw away her shampoo toy with stitch design, and I was happily impressed when I come back couple of hours later to the store he recognised me and said ‘Let me guess you come for the stitch toy ☺️’. Thank you very much for your kindness today. Well done. Defintely coming back to this shop as staff is always nice ☺️”
