“Turned up at 8pm with my cat without giving any notice. Despite the unplanned arrival the receptionist was lovely and caring and arranged the vet to see us within 10 minutes. The vet was very reassuring and thorough with her advice. Excellent service and nice to know they are there in an emergency!”

“We took our nervous dog who had a painful ear infection. The vet was fantastic. He was compassionate, gentle and very understanding of our nervous dog.
