They looked up order history, put in the product code helped me find the product and even helped me check out, in one of the busiest hours in day. “I always loved to walk by northern flower when I went to visit Mcr and I knew I wanted them as my wedding florist since I saw their crazy sue. I ordered my bridal party bouquets, flower crowns, and buttonholes and I couldn't be happier. They looked fantastic! I unfortunately couldn't go to visit in person but Daisy was lovely and helpful through email throughout and the flowers turned out even better than I could imagine! They also arrived in these lovely personalised bags which was great as my bridesmaids could carry theirs home to Scotland on the train and all of us are now drying them in hopes to keep them as a memento.
