“Fantastic staff, they are dedicated and caring. Previous poor review is genuinely not my experience at all, it is baffling. My son has been here since 9 months, is now going on 3 years old. The staff are lovely, and have a real rapport with the kids. The developmental work with my son has been superb, and is demonstrated in noticeable improvements day by day. He is now at an age where he can tell me how his day has been, and he will tell me all about what he has enjoyed. He eats loads of the food (that is a compliment) and can tell me who he has played with that day. Staff turnover is low, which speaks volumes. But the approach made by FTR was more laid back & they were only too happy to give me all the info I wanted. As they say... you have NOTHING to lose... but could GAIN a lot! they work on a no win, no fee basis & have the ability to dig out long forgotten policies & are very thorough, as well as very polite, very nice & professional people. I can't praise them enough... & I would recommend them to anyone!... Give them a go... you never know, you may have a cheque in the post soon, that could pay for your holiday or upgrade your car.... all because you spared a few minutes to talk to the 'nice guys'.
