The manager Marissa was lovely too and made sure everything ran smoothly. In true calamity jane style,I accidentally pressed a button on the chair and it tipped the spa bath over and ended with a flood. All the team came to the rescue and were lovely about it. “I’m not a great fan of Cheshire East Council, some of their services are really poor. However Oakenclough Family Hub is excellent. It is a really outstanding facility for children. The stay & play, sensory room, toy library and cafe are absolutely outstanding. The building is modern and well thought out and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Why haven’t all councils got facilities like Oakenclough ? Well done Cheshire East.”
