“Absolutely thrilled with the quality of clean I receive. Poppies worked with me to find the right cleaner and are very open to feedback. Some minor struggles relating to replacement cleans if my cleaner is ill on the day. But much higher standard and easier to communicate and rectify any issues given they are an agency versus my experience of working directly with a self-employed cleaner. Highly recommend.”
