With that being said,… This establishment is made with love, passion, blood, sweat, and determination that came from its owner, Jori Lakars, aka Hott Mama, aka The Mama who always gave herself goals and standards that benefited the world to the fullest and implemented the highest standards possible. A quick glance at her path shows that she has been successful in the industry well known in a way that the number of 5 reviews or social media followers will not reflect. I met her personally only once before she moved to England about 17 years ago. She was working in a popular tattoo shop in Wicker Park that I won’t name. ( if you know, you know) the had long ravenous hair and substantially fewer tattoos. Although I had met many women who were in the industry, few were celebrated by their peers. The shop posted a large banner in the front window that said ‘we have a female tattoo artist.’ I had never seen that before even in a liberal city like Chicago. Soon after that, every shop in the area had at least one ‘female.’ She went on to work at many of the best rated shops and worked on the best artists in the business as clients. When she moved, we were sad yet proud to see that she was following her passion overseas. She would wonder up one of the top artists anywhere she worked. She finally got her own place and put every ounce of work into it. Sadly, she had just acquired two young brilliant talents just recently. A couple of weeks ago, she passed away in a car accident without any warning. I t is a shock that she is gone and her energy is eternally resting. I have known her half of my life and I have never known anyone like her. A true inspiration and individual person who is driven to create. If you are lucky enough to have had a moment with her, you know what I mean. Love to her local community from Chicago. We were all lucky enough to be together for as long as we could,…… Cheers to Jori.”

“Spent an afternoon with a good friend here. The weather was gorgeous which just added to a marvellous day all round. We started with a breakfast in the stable cafe, and a cake to take away. The house itself is breathtaking. The solar is probably up there with the best rooms I've ever visited in a historic house setting. The guide outside the room was delightfully chatty, friendly and informative. Made us feel so welcome. It was great to see some of the conservation set up that they have on the go. We finished with a brisk walk around the grounds to finish the day.”

“I would highly recommend Chris at Woodworths bespoke furniture. He recently installed alcove cupboards and shelves in our living room and the end result is absolutely stunning. The final piece exceeded our expectations by miles, they look amazing and perfectly blend with the new fireplace too. We also had dimmable LED lights fitted by his recommended electrician which added a modern and cozy touch. The whole experience was 10/10 and Chris is a lovely guy. “If you’re feeling unsure or hesitant i implore you to use forever near. I was really apprehensive (mainly just due to grief) about having baby hope’s ashes made into jewellery. The whole process was seamless. I initially messaged an enquiry and received a prompt, friendly and helpful response. I was lucky enough to take advantage of the sale which is was got me to finally commit to placing the order. There are so many colour options. Im so happy with the final product and though baby Hope can’t be in my arms, it is some comfort to know that she is with me in some capacity still. You can have your order posted recorded or you can hand deliver/collect, whichever is easiest. I chose to do it by hand and it was all very easy and convenient. “Much, much better now it's been taken over and that creepy man isn't there any more. I bought a gorgeous cheese plant and it was half the price I was expecting to pay. The lovely lady in there answered all my questions about how to keep one alive (I'm not right good at that) and gave me lots of advice. It was even delivered straight to my door. Beautiful shop, well stocked with lots of lovely little wooden animal figures too. Can't wait for their Christmas shop.”
