“Just been. Nom nom nom very tasty! We had a single meat handi which was a tender lamb curry, a mixed salad, a cheese and chilli naan, and the tandoori mixed grill. All very good, there wasn't anything left on our plates. We're very full now. The Indian soundtrack was a bit erratic, it kept skipping and stopping, but the ambience was nice and plush, the food was tasty, and reasonably priced, and the bill came out really reasonable for 2 people who have eaten as much as they physically can- £38. It was so reasonable because we didn't buy drinks- they don't have an alcohol licence yet, so they let you BYOB! So we brought a few lagers, and they provided glasses. A very good evening. They do takeaway also, and cater events, and have a banqueting hall upstairs. It's a very big building the former Greaves Arms.”

“I highly recommend this place for those who eat vegetarian or vegan. The food is delicious, especially the masala dosa, chana masala and poppadoms, and chutney tray. Also, the dessert carrot halwa with ice cream. The staff were friendly, and the dining area as well as the deli area was very impressive. I would come to visit again soon.”

“Open for 2months, were went for the first time and everyone loved it. We were quick to be seated, staff very helpful and courteous. Enjoyed the meal, the settings are very plush and modern. Will be back with bigger family. Mixed started flavours were spots on, the Sanah special burger was tasty and the naan were some of the best around. Bit pricey but you certainly worth it.”

“On the way home did a late stop just before closing time.. They didn't hesitate to serve, very friendly staff and helped with the options. Genuinely the food was amazing just the way we wanted it. The flavor was on point and not over powering. The curry complemented the rest of the food, more than enough for 2 people. I will be trying this again. “Excellent micro tap bar inside the indoor market hall. Lovely bar spread across 3 market units of space inside Tommyfield indoor market hall, very cosy and comfy little bar. Good choices of alcohol/ale's, Drink prices are really good value and not expensive at all! Friendly bar staff and lovely customers who seem to very chatty and welcoming. You can easily strike up good conversation in this bar and make new friends. This place is very much welcomed in the indoor market hall bringing new customers and faces to a part of the market hall that was a bit empty, Please support this little bar and visit Cob and Coal.”

“Hidden in a side street is this excellent small family owned restaurant. Sebastian the Italian owner was extremely friendly and hospitable. The food was genuinely the best Italian we had had for a long time (in fact some members of our party even said it surpassed the food they had in Italy). The prices were fair and service was excellent. If you’re in the area it’s absolutely worth grabbing lunch or dinner here, we will definitely be returning when we’re next in Manchester.”
