“We have recently returned from a trip to Disneyland Paris followed by a few days in Paris that Lisa booked for us. We originally booked for early June but unfortunately our daughter came down with chicken pox 3 days before so we had to cancel, Lisa was amazing and cancelled it all for us preparing the documents for the insurance company which helped massively, taking a huge stress away from a very stressful situation. When we were ready to rebook a couple of weeks later Lisa sourced the perfect hotels and flights for us. We had the best holiday making lots of wonderful memories with our children. The whole process was seamless. I initially messaged an enquiry and received a prompt, friendly and helpful response. I was lucky enough to take advantage of the sale which is was got me to finally commit to placing the order. There are so many colour options. Im so happy with the final product and though baby Hope can’t be in my arms, it is some comfort to know that she is with me in some capacity still. You can have your order posted recorded or you can hand deliver/collect, whichever is easiest. I chose to do it by hand and it was all very easy and convenient.
