Honestly, it is one of the amazing places in Manchester from the first moment when you walk in the Receptionist they welcomed us with a smile after that we met Osman Nazar from ACL Lettings he welcomed us and showed us the flat and all the facilities, he was honest with us and helped us through the whole process and I appreciate all his efforts and the support he gave to us. Unlike other agenciesI found that with ACL it was easy to get an appointment and to proceed with the viewing. I first started having one to one training with kate who helped me rebuild muscle and recover from having an emergency csection. Not only did kate help me with physical training but she also helped me with my diet and helped me make life long changes that will help with my weight and to make me stronger and healthier. Then i started going to the mums and babies classes on Wednesdays.the coaches and the owner Jay always make so much effort to keep my little one busy whilst i work out. They bring in different health professionals for the classes that educate us on postpartum recovery which has been great. The gym is always spotless clean and always feels like a safe space which i love because my daughter loves adventuring round the gym. I love the friendly environment of the gym and can not recommend it enough.”
