She was absolutely fantastic – incredibly professional, warm, and made me feel totally at ease from start to finish. I was a bit nervous, but her calm and confident manner really reassured me. The premises are lovely – clean, stylish, and welcoming. You can tell they take hygiene and customer care seriously.
