On arrival was greeted by the dentist who was friendly and polite. He explained everything about the treatment on offer and let me decide for myself. “I started going to Chester Road dental care approximately 2 years ago along with my 3 children (1 x 7 years and 2x 4 year olds). From the start all staff have been kind, welcoming and patient. My dental care has been really straight forward but my 3 children have a bit more challenging. Initially all 3 were nervous and would only stand in the room and not even sit in the chair or open their mouth. Lisa recommended coming every 3 months to slowly build their confidence. We have been doing precisely that and now all 3 sit in the chair, have their teeth checked and even have the fluoride paint on their teeth!
