“This was my second trip to South down dental clinic. My first was in 2018 and unfortunately I can't give much review about that visit as I opted for the sedation. I made my 2nd trip this week, and didn't get sedated so am able to give them a proper rating. From the moment you enter you feel comfortable and the waiting area is very clean and comfortable, the dental nurse was very professional and able to put me at ease as I was nervous. They made sure the anesthesia was working to its full effect before beginning the extraction, and she was keeping me calm during the process and kept updating me as it went along. If anyone is dreading a trip to the dentist don't worry, you are in safe hands.”

“My two boys had their first ever appointments this afternoon and I was extremely anxious, still remembering my first appointment as a child which quite literally scarred me for life. However their experiences could not have been much more different. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped in the door, everything felt calm and relaxed and the dentistry team we saw were SO kind and patient. Especially with my 3 year old who was insistent he was not going to cooperate or even open his mouth!.. Both my children were spoken to instead of just to me, they were both encouraged and supported but not at all pressured into doing anything they weren’t ready for. I was so relieved and comforted that their first experience at a dentist was so positive and I really can’t thank the team enough. I have had a life long fear of the dentist but after today and seeing the incredibly high standard of care and kindness I might actually be brave and book myself in! (And that is really saying something!!) I think people are quick to complain but don’t show appreciation enough and so that’s what I wanted to do. From a very anxious parent I am so incredibly grateful for the wonderful care we received this afternoon and I would recommend Saintfield dentist in an instant. Especially if you are nervous or unsure about booking in - this is quite unlike any dentist you would’ve been to before and if I could give more than five stars I would!”
