On arriving at the site I was greeted by I think the owner/manager who quickly identified the part I needed and where to find it. His able assistent had removed the carrier within five minutes in the pouring rain and in my hand was placed the carrier, bolts and spring at a very acceptable price. I had been quoted more by another dealer I had phoned the previous day if they had the part in stock. I was even given a rag to carry the parts in. Great service and great price.
