Will went above and beyond to help me with an issue that stemmed from another garage, but the whole team were so welcoming each time I visited. I can’t recommend them enough!”

Called HIQ and spoke to Colin on the off chance he could accommodate, although they were super busy. Colin looked at the tire and fixed it immediately. “Fantastic customer service. Yesterday morning (Sunday) I bought a headlight bulb for my car based on a video I watched how to remove and fit the bulb. It turned out to be the wrong bulb and by the time I realised it was to late and they were closed. I panicked as I knew I would be driving in the car Monday morning, so I had no choice but to go elsewhere to get a bulb. I came back to PDM today (Monday) to ask for a refund (which was embarrassing). They were very friendly and professional about it. I will definitely be using their services in the future.”
