4 Newton Park Farm Wedding Venue
βWe could not love this place anymore! We had our wedding here in May and just loved everything about it! Ginny and Guy are the nicest people and couldnβt do enough for us. Communication was amazing and we felt so reassured by them with everything. The venue is beautiful and all our guests commented on how perfect the setting was. Perfect ending was sitting down to a delicious breakfast Sunday morning with our family. A huge thanks to Ginny, Guy, their family and all the bar team for making our day so special!β

5 Rushton Hall Hotel and Spa
βOne of my most favourite hotels in the whole of England! We make a pilgrimage to this hotel every year due to the most peaceful experience. One year we did the 3 days Christmas stay too! Itβs just a beautiful 15th century oak panel building. The great dinning hall is out of this world, as is the service. If you want to feel like a king or queen head here! A fabulous weekend away, beautiful grounds to walk in. Canβt recommend enough.β

6 Center Parcs Woburn Forest
βMostly fantastic, the selection of restaurants is great, the lodges have a very nice social area and good facilities. The only thing I found to be an issue was that the Subtropical Swimming Paradise isnβt quite up to the level of Elveden Forestβs in my opinion, as it lacks a saltwater lagoon (mostly negated by the lazy river being saltwater) although there being more large flumes is great, and I get that this canβt be easily changed as it is a central feature. Overall a great Center Parcs resort.β

7 Go Ape Woburn
βYou will feel like you are in the African savanna. I suggest you to take at least two tours. Some wild animals come out to the area for you to watch after 13:00 or 14:00. Also, consider the happiness that the naughty monkeys will give you by making adrenaline rage inside you. It is a wonderful feeling.β

8 Cadman Sporting, Barby Lane
βCadmanΒ Sporting (Northampton and Rugby guns) is integralΒ to the excellent Barby Shooting school. What immediately struck me was the friendly and engagingΒ atmosphere with a well stocked gun room and accessories shop. Ultimately, the quality of the buying experience is as much about the people.Β Special mention therefore to Matt, an RFDΒ with immense knowledge, whose friendly patienceΒ and unwavering support cannot be too highly commended. Always willing to help me, demonstrate the guns and go the extra mile. Also ably assisted by Jonti in the shop; an equally friendly font of knowledge and a great shotgun instructor. Highly recommended. Good people and the personal touchβ

9 Adventurer's Village Milton Keynes
βWe booked a last minute one night stay and although apprehensive about staying based on the reviews we went for it and we were pleasantly surprised. We had a Jungle Safari Lodge (python number 10). It looked great and we were happy with it, after all we are only staying one night. Double bed could do with a new mattress and bunk beds were solid but again one night only. There were a few kitchen utensils but didn't really look as we weren't eating in the lodge but if you were you'd probably want to keep cooking down to a quick, simple meal and probably take your own stuff so you know you've definitely got it. We booked a table at restaurant but couldn't get in till late (our fault for delaying the booking) cancelled it and found a harvester 1 mile away which was good. Entertainment onsite from 4.30pm seemed good (we didn't do much of it as eating etc). We had breakfast included in our stay and the menu was simple, we opted for a bacon butty. Bacon was excellent quality and the roll was pre cut with no butter, again didn't matter to us, we had a full belly and were grateful for the deal we got. I would visit Adventures village again next year if we got a similar deal. We enjoyed our stay and thought it was great fun.β
