βWe were welcomed by Beverley. It was a few minutes before we were introduced to Roger who was to complete the tests that Malcolm needed. The whole experience was pleasant and friendly. Roger explained every step in great detail. He was patient and kind. During completing the tests βsomehowβ motorbiking was mentioned and conversation ensued as Roger is a keen biker, as we were. Thank you for your kindness in completing the tests thoroughly. Malcolm and Janeβ

βSuch a well run Pharmacy and friendly.β
βI enquired about having my blood pressure checked and was pleasantly surprised to immediately be given the test, rather than have to make an appointment. In addition, I was offered a 24hr monitor to take home for return the next day for a detailed analysis. The resulting printout showed my average and overnight BPβs accurately. I was also given specific advice to manage and even improve BP going forward. Excellent, efficient free service from the friendly staff.β

βWe have never used anything like this before so were not sure what to expect. We went to Medicspot because our surgery at Husbands Bosworth Medical Centre a) were permanently engaged, and b)if you are very persistent and do get through the last thing they want you to do is speak to a doctor. The Medicspot doctor was on time and gave my wife (who had very bad earache and deafness) a lengthy interview . He then asked her to take her temperature with a non touch thermometer, checked her pulse and heart beat on another piece of equipment, and the looked inside her ear with a further piece of equipment with the pictures showing on the screen. We had a good chat about his findings and the options available, and settled on some strong antibiotics which we were able to pick up at the pharmacy where the interview took place. It was so refreshing to talk to a doctor who was both sympathetic and conclusive. We would happily have him as our GP. The process to get on line in the Pharmacy in a small office was straight forward even for us over 70s. Thank you Medicspotβ
