My car suffered a puncture and the staff allowed me to wait in the car park until RAC turned up to do the temporary repair, and even though the car park is scheduled to close at 4pm. The manager said they would leave the gate open later until the tyre repair was done. The manager even brought me a cold beverage as I waited, very thoughtful and kind.”
