Took my details and pointed out I had a flat tyre too. Before I knew it Monday afternoon I picked my car up with belt being done and the tyre repaired. Superb service. Great customer service. They couldn't see me right away (which was fair enough given I just showed up!) and asked me to come back a bit later. I went back at the requested time and they saw me straight away - from me arriving to them having the car on the lift and inspecting it was less than 5 minutes. “Had to get my car battery replaced so called and discussed the details of my car, booked in for first thing on a Saturday, with about 3 days notice, arrived in the day, the chap took my car keys, I paid for the battery and sat in the coffee shop opposite, they then brought the keys over to me in the coffee shop, saying it's ready and no rush plenty of time to finish my drink, begot i collect.
