Helen will not do any treatments just to make money, she will only carry out treatments if she feels that it will be an advantage to the client. Helen will turn down clients, when she feels that they are asking for enhancements that they will regret in the future. Room was perfect we had booked a standard double and it seemed so much more than that, unsure if we were upgraded but seemed very spacious for a standard. Free standing bath was amazing, had double sinks and a spacious shower too. The spa was lovely it was peaceful and relaxing, staff were very welcoming and polite, had 2 coffees in there which were lovely. Made use of all spa facilities which were in good condition, not overcrowded at all which was nice. Provided robes, slippers and towels in the locker you are given. The hotel was clean and looked so lovely, we had breakfast in the morning which is great value for what you can get, I made good use of the hot drinks machine. Overall amazing hotel, friendly staff, would definitely recommend. Thank you.”
